Costs will be shared between the parties. The arbitration will be confidential.
Similar disputes involving 25 or more claimants represented by the same attorney may be grouped into class arbitration (“Batch Arbitration”), following specific rules. If there are fewer than 25 disputes after mass arbitration, the remaining disputes will be handled individually.
Disputes regarding personal data, privacy, or data protection (“Data Disputes”) will follow a separate process and may be arbitrated or litigated individually, depending on the volume and order in which they are received.
You expressly waive the right to participate in class actions or collective arbitration.
Disputes up to US$10,000 will be resolved in the Small Claims Court of Orange County, Florida, Orlando.
Disputes must be filed within 12 months after the event giving rise to the dispute.
Disputes will be governed by the laws of Orlando, Orange County, Florida.
14. Changes to the Terms
EA MotorShop.com may change these Terms at any time by posting a notice on the website and updating the date. Continued use after changes are made constitutes acceptance.
15. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites and services, for which EA MotorShop.com is not responsible, and which are subject to their own terms.
